Pharmacy Weight Loss Neath | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last Updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pharmacy Weight Loss Neath online weight loss clinic. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Neath is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in Neath, Wales, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including consultation, prescription, and dispensing of weight loss medicines where clinically appropriate.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. By completing a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our clinical team determines it is not safe or appropriate to do so. Weight loss medicines will only be prescribed where clinical criteria are met in line with current NICE guidance and prescribing standards.

Our services are available to residents of the United Kingdom only. You must be registered with a UK GP to be eligible for ongoing treatment with us.

3. Prescriptions

All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Neath are generated following a clinical assessment conducted by a GPhC registered pharmacist prescriber or a suitably qualified prescriber working on our behalf.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. We may request additional medical information, GP confirmation, or decline to prescribe where clinically warranted.

Prescriptions are valid for the duration specified on the prescription document and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medicines to another person.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

In the event that a prescription is declined by our clinical team following payment, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.

5. Delivery

Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.

All medicines are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to protect your privacy.

6. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided your order has not yet been dispensed or dispatched.

Once medicines have been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to medicines safety regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the details on our website.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during consultations is for general guidance purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace your regular GP or other NHS healthcare providers.

You must inform our prescribers of all current medications, health conditions, and relevant medical history. Failure to disclose accurate information may affect the safety of your treatment and may void any obligation we have to provide a refund or further care.

If you experience any side effects or health concerns during treatment, you should seek prompt medical attention from your GP or call 111. In an emergency, always call 999.

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal and health data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
